At Clerksroom we like to keep things simple. Our aim is to ensure our mediation costs are clear and transparent with no hidden extras. Richard normally charges £500+VAT per party for Education mediations on any weekday for a full day (10am - 5pm) and £750 for a weekend day. This charge includes 3 hours preparation time in advance of the mediation. Reasonable travel and accommodation costs will be additional and agreed with the participants in advance. Some employers especially schools often pay the fees for both participants especially if it a staff employment issue or to retain client/parent goodwill. A reduction in the basic cost can be agreed if participants are willing to use local facilities as the venue for the mediation |
